Highest Paid CEOs In Kenya 2012.

After some investigations which took me two good weeks, here's my verdict.

1. Michael Joseph- Safaricom...Ksh 3.1M Per Month

2. James Mwangi- Equity Bank...Ksh 2.8M P/M

3. Sani Adetu- East African Breweries...Ksh 2.7M P/M

4. Adan Mohamed- Barclays Bank.....Ksh 2.5M P/M

5. Linus Gitahi- Nation Media Group....Ksh 2.4M P/M

6. Martin Oduor Otieno- KCB....Ksh 2.2M P/M

7. Titus Naikuni- Kenya Airways....Ksh 2.1M P/M

8. Les Baillie- Safaricom CFO....Ksh 2M P/M

    Complete hogwash.

    CEO pays are not cut and dry as you seem to think. You need to consider, performance bonuses, share-options and other forms of compensation.

    The highest paid CEO in Kenya is Pradeep Paurana who earns approx 80 Million shillings a year including performance(why its approximate). Evans Kidero of Mumias is 2nd, Martin Oduor-Otieno and then Michael Joseph.

    My dear this is public information as these firms are listed...no wonder your blog is called Bure Kabisa.

    all in all, this pay package for CEOs is too high no matter what they do to the organisation. let them think about other employees too. they should harmonise the salary for their surbodinates as well coz they are earning far too low
